Position: Branch Manager Location: Sirohi, Jalore, Bhinmal branches

**Responsibilities**:
Leadership and Team Management:Lead and manage branch operations, ensuring efficient functioning of the microfinance services.
Provide guidance and direction to branch staff, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
Conduct regular team meetings, trainings, and performance evaluations.

Business Development and Growth:Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch-specific targets for loan disbursement, collections, and overall portfolio growth.
Identify potential clients and ensure effective client acquisition and retention strategies.
Explore opportunities for expanding the microfinance services in the region.

Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and offering suitable microfinance solutions.
Address client queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.

Risk Management and Compliance:Monitor loan disbursement and collection processes to mitigate risks associated with credit, liquidity, and operational aspects.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, MFI regulations, and legal requirements.
Implement and promote ethical lending practices and responsible microfinance services.

Financial Management:Monitor branch profitability and take corrective actions as needed.
Review financial reports, analyze trends, and develop strategies to optimize branch performance.
Ensure accurate record keeping and reporting of branch financial transactions.

Reporting and Documentation:Prepare and submit accurate reports to regional and head office as required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Busines Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in microfinance, banking, or related industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Position: HR Business Partner Location: Sirohi, Jalore, Bhinmal local person

**Responsibilities**:
HR Strategy and Planning:Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives for the Sirohi, Jalore, and Bhinmal branches.
Develop and implement HR plans that address talent acquisition, development, retention, and engagement.

Talent Acquisition and Management:Work closely with branch managers to identify staffing needs and facilitate the recruitment process.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and selection.
Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent in the microfinance sector.

Employee Relations and Engagement:Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns, grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building activities.

Performance Management:Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, regular feedback, and performance appraisals.
Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters and assist in creating development plans.

Learning and Development:Identify training and development needs at the branch level and coordinate with the Learning and Development team.
Assist in designing and delivering training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.

Compliance and HR Policies:Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and MFI policies in all HR activities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and documentation.

HR Analytics and Reporting:Analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in HR processes.
Prepare and submit HR reports to management as required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- years of experience in HR roles, with experience in the financial or microfinance sector being advantageous.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
