ZoloStays has a presence in many cities across India and is known for its friendly community, modern spaces, and good customer service.Role Summary: As an Associate – Inside Sales, you will be the first point of contact for people looking for a place to stay with Zolo. Your job is to talk to potential customers, understand what kind of accommodation they are looking for, and help them choose the best option from Zolo’s properties. You will explain the benefits of living with Zolo, handle customer questions, and follow up with them to complete bookings. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, learning sales skills, and building a strong career in the hospitality and co- living industry.Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential customers, understand their requirements, and provide detailed information about Zolo's offerings. Strong phone presence and should be able to dial 100-120 of calls per day. Highlight the benefits of ZoloStays and close deals. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Understand customer needs and requirements. Strong listening and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Ready to achieve targets. Effectively communicate all relevant details to prospective customers, addressing inquiries and concerns. Coordinate visits through three modes - walk-ins, in-person, and WhatsApp video tours. Guide customers through the pre-booking process. Work towards and exceed monthly booking targets through proactive calling efforts.
