**Position: Inside Sales Associate**
**Location: 100% remote (work from home)**
**Position Purpose & Key Responsibilities**:
We are looking to hire an Inside Sales Associate for our consumer app, fREADom. You will be working with parents to enable them to buy our English products. This is an Inside Sales role (sales through telecalls), that involves speaking to parents of children between ages 5-10. The product that is to be sold is fREADom Live Online Classes (Interactive Group Classes to help Conversational English and Critical Thinking). Concept selling, Probing and understanding the need of the user, and persistence are critical skill sets. Excellent English skills are a must.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Hitting numbers**:
- Constantly chasing and exceeding quantitative benchmarks such as number of calls per day, as well as qualitative benchmarks such as conversion % to paid users.
- **Tracking things**:
- Ensuring that every interaction is entered promptly in the CRM, with highly detailed notes, along with the plans for the next interaction - with no backlog at the end of the day.
- **Improving constantly**:
- Constant improvisation of the pitch, objection handling and closure tactics
- **Selling ethically** - Ensuring the highest standards with respect to Integrity (no ‘false’ promises to customers, no ‘false’ calls, no false sales etc)

- Ability to actively listen
- Ability to ask the right questions and understand the need
- Ability to handle objections
