**About the Role**:
Ignite Life is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Inside Sales Associate** to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to **call and follow up on leads**, engage potential clients, understand their requirements, and convert them into customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call and follow up with leads shared by the marketing and business development team
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable gym equipment solutions
- Maintain a strong follow-up cycle until lead closure
- Maintain and update CRM/database with lead and call details
- Coordinate with the sales team for further closures and demos
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead conversions

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of sales process and client relationship building
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets
- A go-getter attitude with willingness to learn and grow

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Freshers can apply; prior experience in telesales/inside sales is a bonus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
