**Job Title**:

- Inside Sales Associate

**Responsibilities**:

- **Cold Calling**: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services. Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.
- **Lead Generation**:Research and identify potential leads through various channels. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and ensure accurate data entry in our CRM system.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients. Follow up on leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.
- **Communication Skills**: Clearly articulate product features and benefits to potential clients. Listen actively to understand client needs and address any concerns.
- **Microsoft Excel and Word**: Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking key performance indicators. Prepare and customize sales proposals and presentations using Microsoft Word.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team to align strategies and achieve collective goals. Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1 to 3 years of inside sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- IT/Software sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Inside sales: 1 year (preferred)
