**Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (Fresher)**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates looking to start their career in sales. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products and services to drive sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough research on prospective clients to understand their business needs.
- Present product features and benefits effectively to potential clients.
- Assist in preparing proposals and quotations for clients.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify leads from various channels.
- Participate in training programs to improve skills and knowledge of products/services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen interest in sales and customer service.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
- Basic understanding of CRM software is a plus but not mandatory.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Pursuing internships or experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Aptitude for technology with an interest in learning about our products/services quickly.
