The Training Manager-Sales will be responsible for developing and delivering sales training programs, evaluating training effectiveness, and ensuring sales team readiness. They will work closely with the sales team to identify training needs, create training materials, and conduct training sessions to improve sales Sales Training and Development skills

- Experience in conducting training evaluations

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

- Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams

- Experience in the B2B industry is a plus
