Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategies, coaching Inside sales representatives, optimizing processes, and driving revenue growth from within the organization. Your focus will be on managing outbound sales efforts for New business Development, converting prospects into qualified leads/opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.


• Develop and implement effective Inside sales strategies and processes to drive pipeline growth.


• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.


• Train, mentor, and provide ongoing coaching to the Inside sales team to improve skills and productivity.


• Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and generate quality leads.


• Handle escalations and ensure stakeholders satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.


• Use CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales activities and reporting.


• Forecast Inside sales performance and present reports to senior management.


• Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments.

Requirements:


• 12+ years of experience in inside sales, with at least 7 years of team management experience (minimum 5+ team members)


• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast- paced environment


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data- driven decisions


• Self- motivated, goal- oriented, and thrives in a target- driven sales environment


• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
