About the Role

We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves promoting our Cybersecurity, ISMS, IT, and Project Management training courses in a B2C environment. This is an individual contributor role with defined monthly and quarterly targets along with attractive incentives for performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Engage with prospects through calls, emails, social media, and live chat
  • Participate in marketing activities such as webinars and workshops
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to close sales
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in the system

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the education/training industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with a result-driven approach
  • Laptop with good internet connectivity
  • Passion for technology and cybersecurity
  • Knowledge of ISMS/Cybersecurity training will be an advantage
