Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to support our client in building meaningful connections through LinkedIn. This role is focused entirely on LinkedIn outreach, making it ideal for professionals experienced in using the platform to identify prospects, initiate conversations, and generate qualified leads. This is a commission-only opportunity with unlimited earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads within the education sector using LinkedIn.
- Connect with and engage prospects through personalised LinkedIn messaging.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of interested contacts and decision-makers.
- Qualify leads and schedule introductions for the client's admissions or business development team.
- Track outreach activity and provide regular progress reports.
- Collaborate with the client's team to refine outreach messaging and strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in lead generation or sales development using LinkedIn.
- Strong written communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve outreach targets.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools is a plus.
- Goal-oriented, resilient, and self-motivated.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in the education sector (student recruitment, edtech, training, or admissions).
- Understanding of social selling and digital lead generation techniques.
