Global Business Development Manager

About KGeN:
KGeN (Kratos Gamer Network) is building a multi-chain gamer network that aims to become the home of global gamer data, owned by gamers. At the heart of it is the revolutionary Proof of Gamer (P.O.G) Engine that allows gamers to build, own & monetise their reputation. This data framework allows game publishers to engage with precise gamer cohorts, engaging in deep value exchange through our product stack.
We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Professional to join out team at KGeN.
Responsibilities:
- Engage new and existing gaming clients to promote and secure KGeN’s community activation.
- Identify and sell to global gaming organizations to meet sales goals and drive growth.
- Manage the entire sales cycle and pipeline, delivering accurate forecasts and maximizing revenue.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding their business, marketing objectives, and gamer profiles.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to enhance account growth and strategic product development.
- Attend industry events, and travel as needed, to represent KGeN and expand industry connections.
You must -
- You have a strong background in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
- Passion for Gaming and Actively Play Games.
- Are adaptable and humble, ready to navigate challenges and shift gears quickly.
- Have a self-starter attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset. You’ll receive solid guidance, but you won’t be micromanaged.
- Can juggle multiple projects while driving them forward with energy and focus.
- Are data-driven and can spot trends and report on them.
