Job Title: Global Business Development ManagerEstimated Salary: ₹ 25 lakhs - ₹ 35 lakhs per annum

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring timely delivery of products and effective communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure seamless business operations and financial hygiene.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, making informed decisions to drive business development.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and progress, providing actionable insights for future growth.
- A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in the FMCG/Beauty & Personal Care industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in modern trade management, particularly in AP, Telangana, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- A postgraduate degree in any field, with a proven track record of success in business development and account management.
