Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in New Delhi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and creating and executing business plans to achieve growth targets. Other responsibilities include analyzing market trends and competitors, managing sales pipeline, and negotiating with customers and partners.
Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscapes
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Knowledge of IT hardware technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
