KSA have an opening for a full time #Business Development Manager
to be based in Bengaluru, India.
Responsibilities• Identify and secure new business opportunities in Luxury Retail Shop Fixtures• Build and maintain relationships with Brands & Retailers.• Will involve in negotiations and finalization of contracts to ensure favorable terms• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from business development to project execution and its completion• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility• Identify opportunities for market expansion, including regional and international markets• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform strategy• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring that client expectations are met and projects are aligned with business objectives
Qualifications• A degree in Business Administration or Architecture• 5-8 years of experience in business development and sales, with at least 4 years experience in Retail Furniture Industry• Proven track record of generating and securing new business opportunities• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive business growth• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities concurrently• Industry Connects with Luxury Brands & International Project Management Firms
