About the Company: We are a leading hiring and staffing company seeking a dynamic Consultant - Business Advisory for our client, a well-established consulting firm specializing in strategic advisory services. This remote position focuses on delivering high-quality business plans, feasibility studies, market analysis, and other advisory services for clients across various industries. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with excellent business writing skills, strong attention to detail, and a proven ability to deliver insightful, client-ready documents. Experience in working on financial projections, market research, and strategy formulation is essential.



About the Role: Salary Range - INR 80,000 to 1,20,000 Per Month



Responsibilities:


  • Business Planning and Advisory: Develop comprehensive business plans, including market analysis, operational strategies, and financial projections tailored to client requirements. Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate business ideas, investment opportunities, or expansion strategies. Provide strategic recommendations to clients to enhance business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Perform in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and target demographics. Analyze and synthesize market data to provide actionable insights for clients’ strategic decision-making. Stay updated on emerging market trends and best practices relevant to clients’ industries.
  • Financial Modeling and Projections: Build robust financial models to support business plans, incorporating revenue forecasts, cost analysis, and profitability projections. Review clients’ financial data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization. Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards and assumptions.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to gather business information, understand objectives, and tailor deliverables to meet their goals. Present findings, business plans, and recommendations to clients clearly and professionally. Serve as a trusted advisor, offering ongoing support to clients throughout the engagement.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare clear, concise, and visually appealing reports, presentations, and documents for clients. Develop templates and tools for standardizing business advisory deliverables. Ensure all deliverables are client-ready and adhere to the highest quality standards.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of results. Track progress against project timelines and adjust as needed to meet deadlines. Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams.


Qualifications:


  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
  • Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in business consulting, financial advisory, or strategic planning. Proven expertise in preparing business plans, financial models, and market research reports.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint (presentation design). Strong business writing and documentation skills. Familiarity with financial and market analysis tools is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote work environment. High attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.


Preferred Candidate Profile: Professionals with prior experience in business advisory, consulting, or financial analysis. Individuals with a proven track record of delivering high-quality business plans and advisory services to diverse clients.
