Responsibilities:


  • Order book closure as per FY targets adherence to Management agreed pricing
  • Pursue identified opportunities, negotiation of key terms and finalize LOI/Term Sheet. Internal coordination to freeze technical specifications.
  • Secure repeat business from existing customers/ Enquiry generation such as development of New Institutional customers/investors.
  • Prebid/ Term sheet/ Contract discussion & closure / negotiate to Achieve better Techno - commercial terms
  • Collection of Advance payment as per contract timeline/ Cash flow
  • Maintain Strong and Ongoing relationship at multiple levels at Customer Organisation
  • Acting as the main point of contact between Customer Organisation and internal teams. Also, addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints
  • Negotiating and concluding deals with Customer within established deadlines. Analyzing all requirements and provisions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance as per Suzlon internal guidelines .
  • Develop business relationship with new IPPs and Strengthen relationships with existing IPP and become preferred partner
  • Capture targeted share of EPC, SIA and Equipment Sale market
  • Enter into 2-3 year framework/Joint development agreements to maintain order pipeline and continue development work
  • Coordinate & facilitate BD Team for suitable Techno-commercial offering to IPPs
  • Timely Closure of Order with NTP/ Handover to projects for execution. Getting back PBG and ABG on time.
  • Market Intelligence of Competitors, Wind & Solar Market. Prepare BD MIS
  • Develop good relationship among Suzlon team including Projects, Finance, WR, Technology, OMS Team
  • Highlighting upcoming risk to Management such as BG encashment, LD etc. Preparation for Suzlon’ claim towards customers. Try to get the waiver of Customer’ impositions wrt LD, generation loss etc



Qualifications


  • Engineering Graduate (Pref. Electrical or Mechanical). Preferable MBA
  • 10-20 years' of sales or account management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
