Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Area Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the quartz or ceramic industry and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners. They will also be skilled in developing and executing sales strategies that meet or exceed sales goals.


Location: Pune

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development through Interior Designers & Architects (IDA).
  • Develop and manage the channel sales network, including dealers and sub-dealers.
  • Collaborate with kitchen installers to generate leads and grow sales.
  • Oversee the management of samples and displays across the sales network.
  • Set regional sales targets and create strategies to achieve them.
  • Coordinate with the factory and office teams for payments, supplies, and other logistical needs.
  • Track and report on sales performance, analyzing data to improve strategies.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in sales, preferably within the quartz or ceramic industry.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service skills.
