  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a consistent flow of clients.


  • Sales Process Knowledge: Understand the entire sales process, from initial outreach and pitching services to negotiating contracts and closing deals.


  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify target markets, client pain points, and key decision-makers to tailor approaches effectively.


  • CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in a CRM system.


  • Client Relationships: Build strong, lasting relationships with prospective and current clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.


  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align lead generation and sales strategies with company objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and client acquisition within the digital marketing, advertising, or product development industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SMO, SEM, SMM, content marketing, PR, etc.) and product development (app/web development, CMS, CRM, ERP).
  • Demonstrated success in generating leads and closing deals with businesses in various industries.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Ability to develop personalized sales strategies for different industries and client profiles.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable sales results.


Preferred:

  • Experience working with lead generation via cold outreach techniques.
  • Familiarity with franchise marketing, influencer marketing, and public relations is a plus.
