About the Internship:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated local cold caller intern to join our team at BrandNav. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in communication and sales outreach while working on real-world projects. If you have excellent communication skills and are eager to learn the dynamics of cold calling, this internship will offer you valuable insights into sales and customer interaction in your local region.


Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct cold calls to potential customers and businesses in Maharashtra to introduce BrandNav's products/services.
  2. Build rapport with prospects over the phone and communicate the value of our offerings effectively.
  3. Gather customer feedback and relay it to the sales and marketing teams.
  4. Follow up on leads and schedule appointments or demos as needed.
  5. Maintain accurate records of calls and update information in the CRM system.
  6. Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to overall sales goals.


Skills required:

  1. Strong communication skills in the local languages Marathi, Hindi, and English
  2. Ability to build a positive rapport with potential clients over the phone
  3. Basic understanding of sales principles
  4. Confidence in handling objections and providing solutions
  5. Time management skills to ensure call quotas are met
