Job Description:

Divine Success Flow is seeking a proactive and motivated Telecaller Intern to assist in managing webinar registrations, scheduling 1:1 sessions for coaches, and providing excellent support to our audience. This remote role is ideal for someone eager to gain experience in client communication, cold calling, and event coordination while working in a dynamic coaching environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients to introduce Divine Success Flow programs, answer initial questions, and generate interest in upcoming webinars and coaching sessions.
• Webinar Coordination: Confirm attendance for registered attendees, share webinar details, and manage follow-up communications post-event.
• 1:1 Session Scheduling: Coordinate with coaches and clients to set up personalized 1:1 sessions, ensuring smooth and timely scheduling.
• Audience Engagement: Engage with attendees and clients in a friendly, professional manner, answering queries and sharing relevant information on Divine Success Flow offerings.
• Database Management: Maintain an organized database of attendee and client information, ensuring accurate and timely follow-ups.
• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients and attendees to help improve future events and sessions.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on call outcomes, registrations, and session schedules to the team.

Requirements:

• Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi for effective communication with diverse audiences.
• Laptop and Smartphone: Must have a laptop and smartphone with a call recording facility to manage calls and communications.
• Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, polite, and professional manner with excellent communication skills.
• Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively to handle multiple calls, follow-ups, and coordinate scheduling.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office and comfort with using webinar platforms, scheduling tools, and CRM systems.
• Quick Learner: Ability to quickly understand Divine Success Flow’s programs and services to answer queries confidently.
