About the Role SWELECT Energy Systems Ltd. is looking for an experienced candidate in Channel Sales rooftop with ability to recruit and manage dealers and distributors.Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive sales through the channel network by providing regular product and pricing updates, training, and devising a suitable Go-to market strategy and plan. Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth from assigned territories. Channel Development: Identify and recruit potential channel partners (installers, dealers, EPCs) for rooftop solar systems. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure alignment with company goals. Training & Support: Conduct product and sales training for partners. Support partners with technical knowledge, proposals, and closing deals. Market Development: Gather market intelligence and competitor activity to provide feedback to internal teams. Organize or participate in local trade shows, exhibitions, and partner events to promote products. Performance Monitoring: Track channel performance metrics (sales volume, conversions, lead quality). Evaluate channel productivity and take corrective actions where needed. Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (engineering, operations, finance) to ensure smooth project execution and partner satisfaction. Coordinate logistics, order fulfillment, and post-sales support.Qualifications Any Degree (Preferred Diploma/BE EEE)Required Skills Good communication skills Experience is Solar Field is a must (particular with rooftop)Preferred Skills Solar knowledge Dealers handlingPay range and compensation package Based on the candidate experience and company norms
