International Presales Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
Product Presentations & Case Studies:
- Develop engaging and tailored product demonstrations catered to the specific needs of international clients.
- Utilize existing case studies from successful Indian clients to illustrate product value and client success stories.
- Tailor presentations and storytelling to resonate with international audiences.
Proposal Development & Customization:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to gather and analyze client requirements.
- Craft and customize proposals based on client insights, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
- Showcase the effectiveness of our solutions for the international market.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct thorough research on international market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to position our solutions effectively in diverse international markets.
Solution Customization & Client Support:
- Work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and requirements.
- Leverage case studies and industry knowledge to develop tailored solutions that address specific international client needs.
- Provide ongoing support throughout the sales cycle, assisting the sales team in closing deals.
Relationship Building & Collaboration:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within international client organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations tailored to client needs.
- Partner with product management and development teams to communicate client feedback and influence product enhancements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a Presales Consultant role or similar position, ideally within the IT services and solutions industry with a focus on the international market.
- Strong understanding of the Information Technology (IT) industry, specifically IT services and solutions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with a knack for storytelling and client engagement.
- Familiarity with international business practices, cultural nuances, and diverse business needs.
- Ability to adapt communication and proposals to different cultural contexts and client expectations.
-Proficiency in Proposal Management Software (e., RFPIO, Proposify), Document Automation Tools, CRM Systems, Collaboration Tools (e., Slack, Microsoft Teams), Design and Presentation Software (e., Adobe Suite), Content Management Systems, Data Analysis and Visualization Tools, and E-signature Platforms.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in languages relevant to our target markets.
- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
