JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Customer Requirement Mapping:

Validate and map customer technical requirements to Keka'sproduct capabilities, considering available data, IT infrastructure, and security needs.2. Sales Support:

Provide technical product expertise and consulting to the Sales team, enhancingtheir understanding of Keka's offerings.3. User Experience Demonstration:

Showcase the software's user experience and workflows topotential customers.4. API Expertise:

Leverage API knowledge to provide integration support on Keka’s solutions withcustomer systems and address technical inquiries effectively.5. Documentation and Feedback:

Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions andconsolidate feedback for continuous improvement.6. Customer Engagement:

Engage with customers through probing questions to clarify expectationsand define the scope of implementation.7. Value Communication:

Effectively communicate the technical value of Keka's products duringpresentations and discussions.
