Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Presales Consultant with 5 to 10 years of expertise in US IT recruitment , specifically focusing on US Federal, State, and Local Government contracts . This role will be based in our Hyderabad or Visakhapatnam offices, operating during CST time zone hours. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of government requirements, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of building client relationships and providing technical recruitment solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement : Work closely with potential clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing tailored recruitment solutions that align with Federal, State, and Local Government standards.
  • Solution Design : Develop customized staffing strategies and solutions based on client specifications, including technical and non-technical roles.
  • Proposals & Documentation : Collaborate with proposal writers and the sales team to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and documents for client submissions.
  • Technical Presentations : Lead presentations, demos, and discussions to showcase company capabilities and expertise in US IT recruitment for government contracts.
  • Market Research : Stay updated on trends in government IT staffing, compliance standards, and competitive landscape to effectively position recruitment solutions.
  • Bid Management : Support the proposal process by providing technical input and ensuring compliance with government procurement guidelines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with recruitment teams, sales, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from proposal to project execution.
  • Client Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business and growth opportunities.


Key Requirements:

  • Experience : 5 to 10 years in US IT recruitment with a focus on Federal, State, and Local Government.
  • Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of IT recruitment for government sectors, including compliance, procurement, and technical requirements.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction, presentations, and documentation.
  • Client-Focused : Ability to understand client needs, provide solutions, and handle objections with a strategic approach.
  • Time Management : Comfortable working in CST time zone hours, with flexibility to adjust to client requirements.
  • Collaboration : Proven ability to work cross-functionally and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in preparing proposals for government contracts.
  • Familiarity with RFPs, RFIs, and government procurement processes.
  • Strong networking skills with a track record of establishing connections in the government sector.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
