Our open-source success also helped us secure our Series A funding, fueling our mission to make agentic AI a business superpower.About the role:We’re looking for a highly analytical and strategicRevenue Operations Leadto build and optimize the infrastructure that powers our revenue engine. You will own the end-to-end RevOps stack — aligning sales, marketing, customer success, and finance — to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making. This role is bothhands-on and strategic , ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building scalable systems that support high-performing teams.Key Responsibilities:Design and execute revenue operations strategy across the full customer lifecycle:lead → pipeline → close → retention → expansionAlign sales, marketing, and customer success teams on shared KPIs, dashboards, and definitions (e.g. lead stages, funnel health, attribution, etc.)Act as the strategic advisor to GTM leaders with insights, forecasting, and data storytellingBuild, document, and optimize revenue workflows and playbooks (e.g., lead routing, deal stage progression, renewal workflows)Own the GTM tech stack: CRM (e.g. Salesforce / HubSpot), sales enablement, marketing automation, CS toolsMonitor data integrity across systems and ensure smooth integration between platformsCreate and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics like pipeline velocity, win rates, churn, NRR, CAC, and sales cycleLead quarterly and monthly forecasting processes in partnership with Sales & FinanceUse historical data to identify trends and recommend growth opportunitiesProvide reps and managers with visibility into performance metrics and actionable insightsSupport sales enablement through tooling, reporting, and content deliveryPartner with Marketing Ops and CS Ops (or build those functions) to create a unified view of revenueSkills & Qualifications:4–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or similar GTM operational rolesStrong command of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and tools like Looker, Tableau, Gong, Outreach, etc.Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, CS, and FinanceHigh analytical acumen — able to turn data into insights and insights into actionExceptional project management and organizational skillsComfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth startup or scale-up environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
