Our combination of domain expertise, cutting-edge technology, and advanced tech-enabled cybersecurity solutions has made Securin a leader in the industry.Job Location :IIT Madras Research Park, A block, Third floor, 32, Tharamani, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600113Work Mode:Hybrid (Work from office, Chennai, 2 days a week to office)About the role -We’re looking for aGTM Ops Engineer(RevOps Engineer) who canbuild and scale Securin’s Revenue Operations engine from the ground up.This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage, high-impact team where you’ll drivecross-functional collaboration, process optimization, automation, forecasting, and operational excellencefor one of the most critical growth functions in the company.What You’ll Do End-to-End RevOps Partnership:Work closely with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Operations to design, implement, and continuously improve processes across the entire lead-to-renewal-to delivery journey.Process & Workflow Design:Map existing GTM workflows, identify gaps, and create new processes for sales, marketing, CS, Operations, and support functions—owning them from design to implementation to ongoing performance measurement.Automation & Scripting (SQL Must) :Write scripts, build automations, and integrate tools to eliminate manual tasks, streamline data flow, and improve efficiency across the GTM stack.Forecasting & Revenue Operations:Support forecasting cadences, pipeline health reviews, and renewal workflows—providing data, automation, and process enhancements to improve accuracy and predictability.Cross-Functional Project Management:Collaborate with multiple GTM stakeholders to launch new systems, processes, and tools, ensuring alignment across Marketing, Sales, CS, and Operations teams.Tooling & Tech Stack Execution:Partner with RevOps leadership to evaluate, implement, and integrate CRM, marketing automation, CS platforms, and analytics tools for end-to-end GTM visibility.Reporting & Analytics:Build dashboards and reports for Sales, Marketing, CS, and Operations to track KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights to leadership.Operational Playbooks & Documentation:Document new processes, handoffs, and operational workflows—creating repeatable playbooks that scale with the business.Lead & Customer Lifecycle Optimization:Partner with Marketing, CS and Sales to streamline lead and customer journey workflows—removing friction and improving handoff between pre-sales and post-sales teams.AI-First Mindset:Leverage AI tools for automation, forecasting, and reporting to increase speed, accuracy, and efficiency in RevOps execution.What We’re Looking ForExperience:1–3 years in Revenue Operations, GTM Ops, Revenue Ops, or Sales/Marketing/CS Operations with hands-on experience in process building, automation, and analytics.
