Job OverviewWe are seeking a data-driven and process-oriented Revenue Operations Manager (RevOps Manager) to lead our CRM and email automation initiatives at Xshore. This role is at the heart of our go-to-market operations—ensuring that lead generation, outreach, and deal management run smoothly across platforms like Zoho, HubSpot, Dripify, and Clay. You’ll own the setup, execution, and optimization of campaigns while building dashboards that give leadership visibility into sales performance and growth opportunities.Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize the CRM (Zoho/HubSpot) to ensure accurate data capture, automation, and deal visibility. - Execute and monitor outbound email marketing campaigns for the Founder and Sales Team. - Oversee Dripify workflows, ensuring seamless automated outreach and CRM integration. - Use Clay and similar tools to scrape, enrich, and segment leads based on ideal customer profiles. - Build dashboards and reports tracking outbound activity, engagement, and conversion rates. - Collaborate closely with founders and sales leaders to refine targeting, messaging, and GTM strategy. - Maintain CRM hygiene by ensuring data accuracy across all sales touchpoints. - Continuously optimize sales processes, tools, and automation for better performance and scalability.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - 4–8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Automation roles. - Proven expertise in Zoho CRM, HubSpot, and automation tools like Dripify, Clay, or Apollo. - Strong hands-on experience in setting up and managing email marketing workflows and campaigns. - Advanced analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Zoho Analytics, HubSpot Reports). - Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business priorities.
