Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam for a Sales Manager – International & Domestic Tours. The Sales Manager will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves coordinating with travel partners, developing tour packages, and overseeing the sales process from inception to completion.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales Management, preferably in the travel and tourism industry
  • Strong understanding of tour planning and package creation
  • Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in negotiating with travel partners and suppliers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
