Service Sales Associate

Job Overview:
The Service Sales Associate is responsible for driving the sales of service contracts
(Annual Maintenance Contracts - AMC & Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts -
CMC), parts, accessories, and upgrades for medical devices. This role requires the
associate to work closely with healthcare providers, hospital management, and medical
device users to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and sell service
packages that ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of medical equipment.
The associate will also work in collaboration with the field service team to identify
opportunities for service contracts and upsell additional products and services.
Locations:
• Raipur (for Chhattisgarh state), Nagpur (for Vidarbha region), Hyderabad (For
Telangana state).

4. Sales Targets and Reporting
5. Market Research and Competitor Analysis
6. Collaboration with Field Service Team
7. After-Sales Support
Educational Qualifications:
• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences,
Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications: Sales or medical device-related certifications (e.g., Certified
Sales Professional - CSP) are a plus.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the medical device industry, healthcare
regulations, and service contracts is beneficial.
• Continuing Education: Ongoing learning about new medical technologies,
service contract offerings, and sales techniques.
Work Conditions:
• Travel: Frequent travel to healthcare facilities and hospitals may be required,
depending on client locations.
• Work Environment: Office-based/Remote (in some locations) with frequent site
visits for customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
