·        Follow up on the status of existing order

·        Checking mails /whatsapp regarding sales incoming orders ,providing support or any query related to Lighting

·        Stay up-to-date with new product and feature

·        Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience


·        Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems

·        Taking follow up of enquires

·        Making quotations ,offers for clients.

·        Communicating/negotiating with the clients

·        Making sale invoice and making 2-3 copies of the same 

·        Check the material according to the PO and transfer the internal challan to hazira warehouse.

·        If the material is insufficient then order it from the company

·        Submitting invoice copy to store team and intimating them to arrange material for the dispatch

·        Making purchase order entry in software and submitting invoice to Monica

(bill inward)

·        Follow up from dispatch department regarding product delivery to client(Pandit ji)

·        Maintaining excel sheet regarding daily activity report

·        Finding vendor for purchase of unavailable product 

·        Suggest sales process improvements


·        Filling up proxy if someone is absent

·        Reporting to the superior.

·        And any other work given by top management.
