Position Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in real estate sales, including housing, commercial properties, rental, leasing, and resale domains. The role requires an individual with excellent relationship management skills, strategic business acumen, and the ability to drive business growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with A & B Class builders in Chennai city.
Develop connections with builder networks and existing project community associations.
Establish corporate connections for property management services and commercial sales.
Business Planning & Sales:
Develop and implement business plans and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in housing, commercial, rental, leasing, and resale.
Consistently meet and engage with potential clients in high-value areas.
Source and list properties for sale, rent, and lease in Chennai.
Sales Operations & Market Intelligence:
Organize stall activities in high-rise apartments and corporate companies.
Utilize online portals for property listings and sales management.
Provide real-time market insights and trends to management.
Conduct site visits and convert leads into customers.
Ensure timely and effective communication with the Sales & Business Head and management team.
Qualifications & Experience:
3 to 8 years of experience in real estate sales with expertise in housing, commercial properties, rental, leasing, and resale.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of the Chennai real estate market.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to new challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and online property listing platforms.
Immediate availability or a 30-day notice period is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month.
PF, incentives, and travel allowance benefits are available.
