Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, particularly within the automation sector, with a focus on Siemens technologies.
This role requires a proven track record in B2 B sales, OEM sales, and P&L management, ensuring that our branch not only meets but exceeds its sales targets, providing exceptional service to our customers and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve branch sales goals and growth targets.
Manage the sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and motivation to drive performance.
Oversee P&L management to ensure the financial health of the branch while driving profitability.
Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and address any issues promptly.
Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and generate leads in the market.
Analyse sales metrics and report on performance to senior management, using insights to refine strategies.
Identify new market opportunities and implement plans to penetrate these markets effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends and technology advancements in automation, particularly involving Siemens products.
Ideal Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) or related field.
Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automation industry.
Demonstrated experience in leading high-performing sales teams.
Deep understanding of B2 B sales processes and OEM sales dynamics.
Proven ability to manage P&L responsibilities and drive business results.
Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
