b We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager Executive to join our team The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the home automation home security interior design and home theater industries As a Sales Manager Executive at Smart Home Concepts you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets while delivering exceptional customer service Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers Conduct product demonstrations and consultations to educate customers on our range of products and solutions Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs and preferences Prepare and present proposals quotes and contracts to clients Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market developments Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities achievements and challenges Qualifications Any Bachelor s degree or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the home automation home security interior design or home theater industries Excellent communication skills in English Kannada and Hindi or any other regional languages Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Results-driven with a customer-centric approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Benefits Competitive salary range of 3 lakhs to 3 5 lakhs per annum plus incentives based on monthly business performance Opportunity for career advancement and professional development Dynamic and collaborative work environment Immediate joining for suitable candidates Job Types Full-time PermanentPay xe2 x82 xb9300 000 00 - xe2 x82 xb9360 000 00 per yearBenefits Health insuranceLife insurancePaid sick timePaid time offShift Day shiftMorning shiftSupplemental pay types Commission payPerformance bonusTravel requirement Up to 70 travelEducation Bachelor s Preferred Experience Business development 1 year Preferred Lead generation 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Sales interior-industry 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
