Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Tendering and Bidding:
- Identify and analyze tender opportunities in the power sector.
- Prepare, compile, and submit competitive bids for all kind of power projects.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and industry standards.
2. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
- Analyze competitors and market conditions to develop strategic business plans.
3. Lead Generation:
-Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and digital marketing to acquire new clients and projects.
4. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key industry players.
- Assist in negotiations and contract discussions with clients and partners.
5. Project Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate bid submissions.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all tendering activities and correspondence.
Experience: 2-3 Years
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
· 2-3 years of experience in tendering and bidding, preferably in the power sector.
· Proven experience and knowledge in solar and/or wind power projects.
· Strong analytical and research skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
· Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
· Experience with CRM software and tendering portals.
· Certification in project management or renewable energy is a plus.
