Job Title:Salesforce Presales Solutions Experience:12+ years Location:Greater NoidaJob Summary:As aSalesforce Presales Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering winning Salesforce solutions for clients across North America, Europe, and APAC. You will be a trusted advisor to customers, translating complex business requirements into scalable, innovative Salesforce solutions. This role blends strategic thinking, technical expertise, and client engagement to drive business growth.Solution Design & Architecture Lead the definition and design of Salesforce solutions aligned with customer business goals and enterprise IT strategy. Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, etc.). Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and leverage platform innovations.Presales Engagement Collaborate with Sales teams to understand client needs and craft compelling solution narratives. Respond to RFPs/RFIs with tailored proposals, estimations (Fixed Price, T&M, Fixed Capacity), and solution blueprints. Conduct client workshops, discovery sessions, and technical presentations.Customer Advisory Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders including C-level executives, architects, and business leaders. Evangelize the Salesforce platform’s capabilities and cross-cloud synergies. Demonstrate thought leadership in solving complex business challenges using Salesforce.COE Collaboration Partner with the Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) to build reusable assets, demos, and accelerators. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, innovation initiatives, and capability development.Skills Required:12+ years of experience in IT with at least 6+ years in Salesforce solutioning and presales. Proven track record of architecting and presenting Salesforce solutions to enterprise clients. Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, data architecture, and integration patterns. Experience across multiple Salesforce clouds and industry domains (Healthcare, Insurance, BFSI, Travel). Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders. Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect preferred).
