Critical Needs:Minimum 8+ years of experience in CRM with minimum 2 years in Salesforce delivery/implementation experience Knowledge on Salesforce application implementation including, gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, the development Salesforce objects, Visual Force pages, Apex Classes, Triggers etc. Knowledge of Salesforce integration approach Knowledge and experience with both waterfall and agile project methodologies Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning concepts Possesses the individual functional and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables and are of the highest calibre and ensure client satisfactionKey Responsibilities:Preparation of proposal response during RFP/RFI Submission Solution fitment for field service lightning (FSL) cloud/service cloud, ServiceMax Ability to function independently and manage stakeholder expectations including Account heads, Practice leadership team. Responsible for creating estimation, pricing, resource loading and getting finance approval before submission.
