Critical Needs:- Minimum 8+ years of experience in CRM with minimum 2 years in Salesforce delivery/implementation experience - Knowledge on Salesforce application implementation including, gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, the development Salesforce objects, Visual Force pages, Apex Classes, Triggers etc. - Knowledge of Salesforce integration approach - Knowledge and experience with both waterfall and agile project methodologies - Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning concepts - Possesses the individual functional and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables and are of the highest calibre and ensure client satisfactionKey Responsibilities:- Preparation of proposal response during RFP/RFI Submission - Solution fitment for field service lightning (FSL) cloud/service cloud, ServiceMax - Ability to function independently and manage stakeholder expectations including Account heads, Practice leadership team. - Responsible for creating estimation, pricing, resource loading and getting finance approval before submission. - Involve in Presales assets, Case studies and Reference building activities - Perform capability presentation and demo of latest Salesforce features in compliance with customer requirements - Governance of response, estimation and pricing contentPersonal attributes should include:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Consultative approach and strong relationship builder - Attitude to work in a team and extend support to others whenever required - Exudes professionalism and operates with honesty, integrity, discipline and motivationIf the position aligns with your experience. please apply for the above opportunity
