The VP will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships with insurance companies to expand VisionSure's scope and offerings. This individual will manage negotiations, develop long-term collaboration frameworks, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities include analyzing industry trends, identifying partnership opportunities, and aligning insurer solutions with VisionSure’s growth objectives.Qualifications Experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, and Relationship Management Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills Understanding of the vision care or insurance industry and relevant market trends Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to identify and capitalize on new opportunities Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field Proven leadership and team management experience Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
