Job Summary:

Our Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team. As a leading real estate company, we are looking for a professional who is passionate about real estate sales and has a proven track record of achieving targets. The Sales Manager will lead the sales team and develop strategies to drive sales growth

Key Responsibilities:


• Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives. Provide training, mentoring, and support to enhance their performance.


• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.


• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.


• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.


• Market Research: Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends to identify new opportunities.


• Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.


• Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:


• Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.


• Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry.


• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.


• Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.


• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.


• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.


• Work Ethic: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
