  10. Market Study & Intelligence Gathering

  11. To develop adequate market intelligence to acquire business by establishing, positioning the company brand and growing the brand

  12. Excellent inter-personal skills and person expected to have high degree of credibility in the local market.
  13. Digitization: Online policy issuance should be promoted by way of training to IMDs and driving them for doing so.
