Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and grow offline sales for sports nutrition products including whey proteins, mass gainers, and allied supplements across Uttar Pradesh.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, gyms, fitness centers, sports stores, and retailers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective team and channel management.
  • Expand the distribution network to increase product reach across major cities like Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi, Prayagraj, Agra, and Meerut.
  • Recruit, train, and lead sales executives to ensure strong field performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing for product launches, promotions, and brand-building activities.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure timely payment collections and maintain strong partner relations.
  • Prepare and present regional performance reports and sales insights to management.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience in the Sports Nutrition industry (mandatory).
  • Proven track record of handling regional territories and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong network with fitness professionals, gym owners, distributors, and retailers in Uttar Pradesh.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹55,000.00 per month
