Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage retail sales of wood coatings products through channel sales and primary/secondary sales channels.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Identify new opportunities for growth within the market by analyzing customer needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory management, and customer interactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-6 years of experience in Retail Sales or Channel Sales (Wood Coatings industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of wood finishes, wood coatings, and related products.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization.
