Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Software Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making sales calls, and achieving sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Present and sell company products and services over the phone.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in software or digital products sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
