Sales & Marketing Executive

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving patient footfall, establishing corporate relationships, and executing offline marketing activities for the hospital. The role involves field visits, doctor engagement, corporate tie-ups, relationship building, and planning local-area promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and service utilization.
Key Responsibilities1. Offline Marketing & Field Activities
- Plan and execute OPD camps, health check-up camps, corporate medical camps, RWAs, society activities, and community outreach programs.
- Conduct branding activities like banners, standees, pamphlet distribution, clinics/hospitals visits, and visibility setups.
- Maintain hospital branding material inventory and ensure proper usage.
2. Corporate Tie-ups & Business Development
- Identify and approach corporate companies, industries, schools, colleges, and institutions for medical services tie-ups.
- Develop and maintain relationships with HR, Admin, and corporate decision-makers.
- Generate business from corporate agreements (health packages, pre-employment checkups, ambulance services, medical camps, emergency support).
- Prepare proposals and presentations for institutional partnerships.
3. Doctor Referral & Networking
- Visit local clinics, nursing homes, and GP/physician networks for referrals.
- Build strong relations with external doctors and maintain referral tracking.
- Act as a liaison between the hospital and doctor partners.
4. Patient Leads & Conversions
- Follow up on walk-in inquiries, referral leads, and camp/corporate leads.
- Support IPD/OPD patient conversion through coordination with hospital departments.
- Maintain reports on conversions and revenue progress.
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily activity reports, visit reports, and camp performance reports.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams for smooth execution of activities.
- Track competitors and share market insights with management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Healthcare, or related field.
- Experience in healthcare sales, hospital marketing, or corporate relations preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Must be comfortable with field work and meeting targets.
- Ability to build long-term relationships and handle corporate clients.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
