Job Description:
- CAPGRID is looking for a highly skilled Growth Manager for our Sales team, with a solid background in B2B sales in a Start-up.
Key role and responsibilities:
- Problem Solving Approach.
- Keenness to work in an early stage venture funded startups.
- Ability to rapidly build understanding of the Customer through secondary and primary research.
- Identify CXO level connects through LinkedIn.
- Form relationships with key organizations/influencers vital to the long-term growth of the brand in the various regions.
- Understand B2B lead generation in depth and be responsible for the entire lead generation; Initial discussion with the clients and taking it to conclusion.
- Impeccable communication 4-8 years of relevant B2B Sales experience.
- B.E./ B.Tech/Master's is a must.
- Prior experience with B2B Sales in a Start-up is required.
- Strong data driven, problem-solving skills and eye for details.
- Willingness to travel to metro cities for in-person CXO meetings (4-5 days a month).
- High on ownership and go getter attitude.
