Job Title: Growth & Strategy Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Position Type: Full-time, 5 days a week (Monday-Friday)

Experience Required: 8+ years


Role Overview:

As the Growth and Strategy Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving the company’s strategic initiatives and growth plans. This role requires a strong background in business strategy, growth management, and technology integration to create scalable business models, optimise product offerings, and maximise revenue streams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals. This includes market segmentation, product positioning, and revenue optimization.
  • Business Model Formulation: Create and refine business models that drive growth and profitability. Identify target segments and design product offerings that meet market demands.
  • Revenue Growth: Strategize and execute plans to increase revenue through innovative product offerings, new market entry, and enhanced customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of competitors to identify opportunities and threats. Leverage insights to stay ahead in the market.
  • Technology Integration: Collaborate with the technology team to incorporate the latest technological advancements into the company’s growth strategies, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment and execution of the growth strategy.


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of growing an organization, with measurable results reflected in numbers.
  • Degree from a reputed institution, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Strategy, or related fields.
  • 8-10 years of experience in strategy, business growth, and technology integration, with a strong background in marketing and sales.
  • Experience in the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry. : Preferred

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of driving growth in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with business model formulation, target segmentation, and revenue optimization.
  • Competence in using technology to drive business growth.
