As Associate - Enterprise Sales, your primary goal will be identifying and reaching out to potential enterprise-level clients who may benefit from the products or services offered by the company.In addition, your role will be establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers within target enterprises and creating and delivering compelling sales presentations to demonstrate the value proposition of the products or services. Join us nowRoles and responsibilities:- Builds business by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining relationships with clients. - The ability to reach out to potential customers who haven’t expressed prior interest in your product or service. It requires confidence, persuasive communication, resilience, and good product knowledge. - Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options. - Managing and analyzing customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle. - Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions. - Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements. - Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. - Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. - Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. - Identify customers’ needs and information on product features. - Follow and achieve department’s sales goals with team help on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. - Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options. - Process POS (point of sale) purchases. - Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service. - Build productive trust relationships with client. - Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities)Qualification:- Proficiency in English. - 0–1-year experience in related field. - Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus. - Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. - Fast learner and passion for sales. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. - Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel. - Strong presentation and networking skills. - BBA/ BBM/ B.
