Job description
We are looking for a High-Impact Sales Enablement Leader to design and deliver enablement programs for our global sales teams, including Account Executives and Partners.
At Nanonets, Sales Enablement is tightly integrated with the Sales team, sharing goals and empowering every member to succeed. Your role will involve identifying skill gaps, creating tailored learning materials, and evaluating the success of enablement initiatives.
By working closely with sales leadership, product, and marketing teams, you’ll develop solutions to overcome challenges across the sales cycle. Your ultimate mission: boost team performance and ensure our sales professionals are equipped to excel.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the creation and deployment of appropriate training, content/sales messaging, processes, practices, and tools to support the sales team.
- Plan quarterly and annual sales quotas, and create an operating plan
- Perform bottoms up analysis to identify key markets and accounts
- Maintain sales dashboards to track operating performance against plan
- Support AEs with quota attainment
- Responsible for building automations to ensure success of sales team members
- Responsible for tracking and analysis of courseware and sales enablement content usage.
- Supports product launches by preparing and enabling the sales team to understand and sell solutions effectively.
- Responsible for aspects of foundational and continuous learning programs for sales, including but not limited to training scheduling and coordination, creation and deployment or delivery of courseware, and instructor-led sales training
- Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Strong analytical skills, and proficiency in data analytics tools, and programming languages (e.g. SQL).
- Prior experience working with CRM systems.
- Good at problem solving and context switching.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Able to create formal networks with key decision makers.
- Must be results oriented, customer focused, and exhibit good interpersonal skills.
- Consulting / Startup experience is a big plus (Good to have)
EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline from a Tier 1 institute.
- 2-5 years of experience in a GTM/Enablement role.
