Role Overview

We are hiring a GTM Engineer to design, implement, and optimize systems that drive customer marketing, automation, and growth hacks for scalable go-to-market strategies. This hands-on role focuses on leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance sales, marketing, and customer success processes.

HubSpot expertise is essential, as this role requires building and optimizing workflows, pipelines, and integrations within the platform to achieve measurable business impact.


Key Responsibilities


  • System Design and Optimization
  • Build and maintain tools and systems that support customer marketing campaigns, lead generation, and sales enablement.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enable smarter decision-making.
  • Optimize HubSpot configurations, including pipelines, workflows, and dashboards, to align with GTM priorities.


  • Drive Automation and Growth
  • Develop scalable automation solutions to enhance customer journeys and sales processes.
  • Implement growth hacks and data-driven experiments to optimize pipeline performance and conversion rates.
  • Use AI-powered tools to personalize customer marketing, segment leads dynamically, and improve engagement metrics.


  • Data Management and Insights
  • Ensure clean, reliable data across systems to enable actionable insights for sales and marketing teams.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to track GTM metrics such as MQL to SQL conversion rates, campaign ROI, and customer lifecycle analytics.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to inform GTM strategy and execution.


What We’re Looking For


  • Proven expertise in HubSpot CRM, including workflows, automations, and reporting.
  • Strong technical skills in AI and automation tools, with a focus on creating scalable solutions.
  • Experience in customer marketing, sales process automation, and implementing growth hacks.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on creating reports, dashboards, and insights that tie directly to business outcomes.
  • Practical problem-solving ability with a focus on execution and measurable results.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience in SaaS or high-growth environments.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation platforms and data visualization tools.
  • Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, or scripting for system customization and integration.
