About the Job:-

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with experience in BFSI sales, specifically in software testing services for banking. The ideal candidate will identify potential clients, generate leads, and drive sales opportunities within the banking and financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential banking clients for software testing services.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Understand client pain points and present tailored testing solutions to enhance their digital transformation journey.
  • Work closely with sales, pre-sales, and technical teams to develop proposals and presentations.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in banking institutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to revenue growth in the BFSI segment.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-7 years of experience in BFSI sales, with a focus on software testing or IT services.
  • Strong understanding of banking processes, digital transformation, and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with software testing services, including functional, automation, performance, and security testing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and closing deals in the BFSI domain.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for sales tracking.

Good to have:

  • Experience working with banking clients for QA/testing services.
  • Knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks.
  • Exposure to Fintech solutions and regulatory requirements in BFSI.
  • Present, demonstrate, and promote solution and services to financial institutions.
  • Participate in RFP's, RFI's, Tenders for Banking institutions.
  • Participate in BFSI, NASSCOM and Fintech events.
